Everything you need to know about getting LeptiThin Max to your door and sending it back if it is not for you. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center from the authorized 2026 batch.
Processing and delivery
- Processing: orders placed before our daily cutoff ship within 1 business day.
- Delivery: average U.S. delivery is 3 to 6 business days after shipment.
- Shipping cost: free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs; $9.99 on the single bottle.
- Coverage: we ship throughout the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email a confirmation with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email orders@leptithinmaxofficial.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Returns and refunds
LeptiThin Max is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders@leptithinmaxofficial.com or call +1 (609) 414-2280 within 60 days of your purchase. We will provide the return address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Full terms are on the guarantee and refund policy pages.
Wrong, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days at orders@leptithinmaxofficial.com with a photo if possible. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, no runaround.
